PHONES SHOULD BE ALLOWED IN THE

            MOVIE THEATERS, BUT WITH LIMITS

First, I believe phones are needed for movie theaters. Phones are needed to stay aware. For example, if your house is on fire you can get a news alert about it. And, imagine what could have happened if they did not know. They could not make provisions and they could not find a place to stay for the night. Phones also are good for flashlights if you drop something important. Suppose you drop your wedding ring and you cannot find it you would need a flashlight to find it.

Second, I think there should be limits so people can enjoy their movies. I think that people should have their phones but it should not be on during the movie. What I mean is if someone has to go on their phone for work or an emergency they need to step out or not stay on their phone long. This rule is very important because people do not like to waste their money because other people are being distracting. That’s like throwing people's money in the trash and we don’t want to do that.

Third, there are pros and cons of having a phone in a movie theater. The con of not having a phone in a movie theater is that some people will stop going to the movies if they can’t bring their phones in. This will hurt the economy because if people stop going to the movie theaters the theaters would lose money and movie theaters might shut down. Suppose your family member is in a severe state and you won’t know or be aware of it, that would not be good.

In conclusion, phones are necessary in movie theaters with limits, here’s why. Phones should be allowed because it will help the economy and you need it for communication. It should have limits like for example it should not be on during the movie. We also have to be careful having our phones on because it can offend people. And, when people get offended they might get physical and lay hands.

In conclusion, phones are necessary in movie theaters with limits.
